"Above & Beyond"

Well where to start. I have traded in 2 vehicles in to them and they have always given me top dollar for them. I have also purchased 2014 forester and now my 5th Subaru and 3rd STI from them. They not only helped me out but went above and beyond with helping me out. Due to my cars delivery being 3 months out they helped me out through out the process specially when I came into tough times and needed a loaner vehicle which they gladly provided to better accommodate me. When the vehicle was delivered I asked them to take it to the tint shop which they did and had the car back with in half a day. Just about everything was very smooth constantly getting updated on what stage my vehicle was on assembly and delivery. Mary was great throughout the process and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them not just for their customer service but also for their great pricing!

"I have never been so impressed with everyone at a car dealership..."

I had to take in my new car to get a recall taken care of. Nothing serious but I dreaded going to service. Most car services I have been to are terrible. I have never been to one where I was satisfied, and I have owned many cars! When I arrived, early, I was greeted with a smile and "Good afternoon, how can I help you?" I told them I him an appointment but was early as the car had to cool before it was able to be checked. He joked that "I knew what I was doing..." and thanked me. He held the door open for me as we walked to get my car. From there I went up to the waiting area....it would be awhile. EVERY SINGLE person that walked by me greeted me! Wether it was "good afternoon, how are you today?" or just a quick "good afternoon." I saw Ava, again, she saw me before I dropped off the car and said hi, and she said she was going to get me a car because I should not have to wait this long. It had been about an hour already. I took the car and went home. Came back at 4 to get my car and a gentleman greeted me and asked how he could help me. Told him I needed to return the car and he took me to Ava. He opened the door for me and told me to have a great rest of the day. Service showed me to my car and helped me program the seat again. I have never been so impressed with everyone at a car dealership than I have been with this one. Thank you, to ALL of you! You are doing a great job and it shows.

"The most pleasurable, 'no pressure' car-buying experience!"

Ava and the rest of the staff were awesome! I knew nothing about Subaru, but I wanted my next vehicle purchase to be good for mountain driving in snow. Everyone recommended Subaru. On my first visit, Ava excitedly explained the features of five models as I test drove each one. I came back four more times to ask questions, test drive the cars again, and "kick the tires". I compared prices at other dealerships, and did a LOT of window shopping before making this purchase. It was by far the most pleasurable, "no pressure" car-buying experience I've ever had, and I LOVE my new Outback. Thanks Ava and the friendly staff at Cross Creek Subaru.

Last week I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback and I am very pleased with it so far and think I made the right decision. I had previously focused on two other vehicle makes but my niece advised me to check out the Subaru Outback.
 I would not have purchased the Outback without the guidance and respect that Andres Anderson gave me. When I first came to the lot he approached me and I told him I was just giving a casual look and he said "good, just let me know if you have any questions or need any help" and then he let me roam at my leisure. Sure enough I say what I liked and Mr. Anderson let me take a test drive. What I liked about his technique is that he did not crowd and hammer me with a canned sales pitch (I've walked away many times from such). As I get older it seems fewer people treat potential senior customers with much civility and respect. He made me feel comfortable and I immediately came to trust him and I decided if I was going to buy a car it would be from him.

Also, Tyson McMorries helped me overcome some frustration I experienced and between Andres and Tyson, we sealed the deal. They did not dismiss my frustration as that of a bothersome old woman but treated me as a valuable customer (not just as a potential commission). To me, making a new car purchase is a big scary leap and my confidence was built (without intimidation) by them treating me with kindness and understanding of my wariness.

The service here is fantastic and amazing. I was stuck on a Saturday morning, trying to get back to Baltimore, with an eight year old and a dog and a Forester whose rear bearings were about to go. Frank the service manager was incredibly nice on the phone and then took great care of our car and us when we got there. He explained the problem with the car and my options clearly and made sure I had a rental car lined up in case they didn't finish the work by closing time. But they finished just in time, which was amazing for such a major task. And then they took the time to thoroughly clean my car, on top of all they had already done for me. Moreover they were totally welcoming to the dog, letting him wait with us in the customer lounge. I am incredibly grateful to these folks. Outstanding!
