Meet Angus

(Auregrande Back In Black by Liberty Lionswatch), a special golden retriever puppy who is going places. He is owned and trained by Elizabeth Jones, an AKC Breeder of Merit, from Pinehurst, NC and a proud new Cross Creek Outback owner.

Angus was born in January 2021 and on his 4-month birthday, won his very first Best In Show as the Best Beginner Puppy in the Moore County Kennel Club Dog Show defeating 45 other puppies of 31 different breeds. He comes from a long line of champion goldens in both dog show and the practical world of real hunting retrievers.

We have high hopes for Angus in the coming months. Follow his progress as he makes his way to Master Hunter and Westminster champion (fingers crossed).  The road will surely be better in his Subaru Outback!

Here is the latest picture of Angus in Minnesota at the Duluth Kennel Club. He was Reserve Winners Dog from the 6-9 puppy class!
