Meet Sam!

Grant McMullen has honed his skills in the automotive industry for over 25 years, dedicating his professional career to mastering the ins and outs of the industry. As our new Sales Manager, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, and we are thrilled to have him as part of our team.

Meet Angela! 

Meet Jason!   Born and raised right here in Fayetteville NC, Jason graduated from Terry Sanford High School in 1997. He started working here at Cross Creek Subaru as a Sales Consultant in June of 2004 and has since been promoted to manager. 

In his free time, Jason enjoys relaxing and playing with his Dutch Shepard, Vader.

Jason has owned several Subaru's because he loves how the AWD is designed, but he says his favorite is the WRX STI.

Meet Jay! Jay Barr is a North Carolina native born and raised right here in Fayetteville. He is a Southview HS graduate, attending college at Pembroke and Fayetteville State Universities to prepare for his career in the automotive industry, but his favorite team is the Duke Blue Devils! Jay has been with Cross Creek Subaru since 1994, and oversees our fixed operations department: the body shop, parts and service departments. Jay has a beautiful wife named Tammy and together they have 2 wonderful children and a 4 lb poodle named Cody. Cody is cuddly, lovable and has been part of the Barr family since he was born 10 years ago. Jay's favorite car is the Subaru Forester, he says for a family like his you cant beat the fuel economy, safety, durability and versatility. He thrives on exceeding customer expectations; no matter if they drive a Subaru or any other brand (although he will be quick to advise that Subaru is the best car on the road!)

Emily have been with the Cross Creek Subaru family since June 2013. She hails from Red Springs, North Carolina. IN her decade of working here, she has owned four Subarus, including the 2015 Crosstrek, 2017 Outback, and her current '06 Baja and '22 Outback. At our annual pet adoption event, Emily adopted two dogs - Theodore and Otis. She also have a wonderful 16-year-old cat named Lenny, who she adores.

Emily has been recognized for her outstanding work by Subaru multiple times, including the March 2023 Subaru Star award, which she received most recently.

Carlos Adams brings a proven record of leadership as an Army Veteran with 22 years of service. He has spent 9 years in automotive sales helping people find their perfect car, representing Ford, BMW, Volkswagen, and now the very best-Subaru. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Carlos loves nothing more than spending time in the great outdoors, where you'll find him enjoying his favorite adventures: fishing, hunting, and hitting the golf course!

Brian is a Service Technician at Cross Creek Subaru. He has been with the company since October of 2021. Cross Creek Subaru is proud to have Brian as a member of their team and values his contributions to the company.

Damien has been with Cross Creek Subaru since August of 2021 and is a valuable asset to the Service Department team.

Jacob joined Cross Creek Subaru 5 years ago as an Express service technician, demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication from the start. Now, as a main shop Subaru technician, he consistently fixes it right the first time and is actively expanding his expertise in Subaru automotive technology. We are truly fortunate to have such a highly skilled and committed technician like Jacob as an integral part of our Cross Creek Subaru service department.

Meet Jodie, a valued member of the Cross Creek Subaru team since March 2011, brings eight years of automotive industry experience to her role. Originally from Westminster, MD, she has been a resident of the Fayetteville area since 1994. Jodie thrives in her role at Cross Creek Subaru, excelling in every aspect of her work, particularly appreciating the product line. She has a special affinity for the XV Crosstrek, which she finds perfectly suited to her lifestyle. Jodie is not just a dedicated professional, but also a loving devoted mother and grandmother; Her family includes two sons, two daughters and two adorable grandbabies, complemented by her loyal Jack Russell, Avery, and her affectionate pit bull, Bodhi. When asked about her aspirations for positive change, Jodie expressed a desire for a more peaceful world, emphasizing the importance of safety and security in our communities.

Courtney has been an invaluable member of our team since 2021. Following her maternity leave with her daughter Lagetha, she's returned with renewed energy to serve the Cross Creek Subaru family. Having made Fayetteville her home after relocating from the Pacific Northwest, she demonstrates her genuine passion for Subaru through her own journey - starting with an Impreza, advancing to a 2021 Outback, and now commanding her ideal vehicle, a 2024 Outback Wilderness.

In the workplace, Courtney exemplifies the core values of Subaru's "Love Promise." Her infectious enthusiasm lifts everyone's spirits, regardless of the day. She excels at building meaningful connections with our guests, consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Her presence continues to strengthen our team immeasurably.

Gigi, our Express Service Manager, joined Cross Creek Subaru in April 2019. Her career progression within our organization has been noteworthy, beginning as a customer service concierge and advancing through roles such as warranty claim administrator and technician payroll associate. Gigi's dedication and expertise have led to her current position as Express Service Manager, where she holds a certificate as a Master Service Writer. With a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Gigi brings valuable knowledge and leadership to our Cross Creek Subaru family. Many of Gigi's customers specifically request her services, a testament to her exceptional customer care and expertise.

Jay brings a wealth of experience to our team, having served honorably in the military for 27 years. Following his distinguished service, he successfully transitioned to the automotive industry, where he has been contributing his expertise for the past 4 years.

Jeremiah, one of our team members, has been working with us at Cross Creek Subaru since August of 2021. We are fortunate to have him on board, bringing his expertise and dedication to our team.

Ricardo joined Cross Creek Subaru in September 2023, bringing with him an Associate's degree in Automotive Systems Technology from FTCC. As a valued member of our Express Service department, Ricardo is actively expanding his automotive expertise. His professional goals include advancing to the position of main line technician and ultimately achieving the prestigious status of Subaru Master Technician. Ricardo's dedication make him a valuable addition to the Cross Creek Subaru family.

Dillian serves as an Express Technician in Cross Creek Subaru's Service department. Currently in his inaugural year within the automotive industry, we are pleased to have him as a valuable member of our team. A native of Fayetteville, NC, Dillian brings local knowledge and enthusiasm to his role.
