Meet Jason!  Born and raised right here in Fayetteville NC, Jason graduated from Terry Sanford High School in 1997. He started working here at Cross Creek Subaru as a Sales Consultant in June of 2004 and has since been promoted to manager.Â
In his free time, Jason enjoys relaxing and playing with his Dutch Shepard, Vader.
Jason has owned several Subaru's because he loves how the AWD is designed, but he says his favorite is the WRX STI.

Meet Jay! Jay Barr is a North Carolina native born and raised right here in Fayetteville. He is a Southview HS graduate, attending college at Pembroke and Fayetteville State Universities to prepare for his career in the automotive industry, but his favorite team is the Duke Blue Devils! Jay has been with Cross Creek Subaru since 1994, and oversees our fixed operations department: the body shop, parts and service departments. Jay has a beautiful wife named Tammy and together they have 2 wonderful children and a 4 lb poodle named Cody. Cody is cuddly, lovable and has been part of the Barr family since he was born 10 years ago. Jay's favorite car is the Subaru Forester, he says for a family like his you cant beat the fuel economy, safety, durability and versatility. He thrives on exceeding customer expectations; no matter if they drive a Subaru or any other brand (although he will be quick to advise that Subaru is the best car on the road!)

Angela has been a loyal and valued member of the Cross Creek Subaru family since 2015, consistently demonstrating a passion for our vehicles that extends beyond her work. Throughout her years of owning Subarus, she has developed a deep appreciation for the brand and its commitment to quality and reliability. In fact, she has owned five Subarus over the years, each one serving as a testament to her unwavering loyalty to the brand. Angela's dedication to the Subaru brand is not limited to herself alone. Her two sons are also proud Subaru owners; Stephen drives an Impreza, while Bryan drives a WRX STI. It's clear that the love for Subaru runs in the family, and it's always inspiring to see this kind of loyalty to a brand that values adventure, reliability, and safety.
Angela's current vehicle, a 2022 Outback, is not only a reliable and versatile mode of transportation, but it also serves as a source of comfort and companionship for her beloved Dachshund, Cletus. As a Subaru owner, Angela embodies the Subaru spirit of adventure, reliability, and loyalty, and we are proud to have her as part of our family.

Emily have been with the Cross Creek Subaru family since June 2013. She hails from Red Springs, North Carolina. IN her decade of working here, she has owned four Subarus, including the 2015 Crosstrek, 2017 Outback, and her current '06 Baja and '22 Outback. At our annual pet adoption event, Emily adopted two dogs - Theodore and Otis. She also have a wonderful 16-year-old cat named Lenny, who she adores.
Emily has been recognized for her outstanding work by Subaru multiple times, including the March 2023 Subaru Star award, which she received most recently.

Meet Ava!Â
Originally from the Netherlands, Ava has been with Cross Creek since May of 2016 and speaks three languages (Dutch, German and English). Ava's favorite sport is Snowboarding and she says she misses the Colorado snow.
She is an avid Subaru lover. The vehicle she learned to drive in was a Subaru Baja. Out of the 25,000 Subaru Bajas made, her family owned three of them. For Ava, Subaru isn't just a job; it's a lifestyle. Ava has a 2022 Subaru WRX limited. Before that she owned a 2017 WRX which she owned for almost 7 years. Her first WRX embraced  the pavement of Dominion international raceway, Virginia international raceway and Charlotte motor speedway participating in HPDE events with the national auto sport association.   She loves the reliability and safety of Subarus and for that reason will be a life long Subaru owner. Â
Ava has a son named Jaxon and a daughter named Eleanor.
Ava has a French Bulldog named Cooper and a Labrador named Willow. She also has five cats- Catalina, Juliann, Banana, Helen and Edgar. Banana and Helen were adopted from the Subaru loves pets sponsored adoption event at Cross Creek Subaru.

Meet Nick!
Nick is a valued member of our family, having joined us in 2019. He hails from the great state of Texas and brings with him a unique perspective and a friendly demeanor.
One of the things that make Nick stand out is his love for his husky. They are the best of pals and enjoy going on car rides together. Nick used to own a BRZ, and his husky loved riding in it. Now that he owns a WRX STI, his furry friend has not stopped enjoying their car rides.

Meet John "Myc" McCauley!   A native from the Fayetteville, NC area. Myc was born on Fort Bragg and later attended Douglas Byrd High School before moving to Germany to finish his school. He graduated from Hanlau High. He returned to Fayetteville and attended FTCC for 2 years as part of the RN Program. He later married and he and his wife had his daughter.
Myc started in the car business in 1987 in sales. After one year, he was promoted to an F&I Manager. He worked as an F&I Manager for 13 years before transitioning to a Sales Manager. He took a break from the car industry to drive 18-wheelers for a year, returning in 2005 to sales.ÂMyc enjoys playing the guitar, drums and piano as well as restoring older furniture! His favorite Subaru is the Subaru Impreza. He loves the safety and reliability it provides as well as the space that comes with the available hatchback model!

Maclovia is originally from the beautiful state of Colorado, where she spent much of her childhood exploring the great outdoors and developing a love for animals. She has been an integral part of the Cross Creek Subaru team since 2022, bringing her passion for customer service and her extensive knowledge of the automotive industry to her role as a service advisor.
In her free time, Maclovia enjoys taking her two beloved dogs, Sparco and Tamei, for long walks and hikes in the nearby mountains. Sparco, a highly intelligent Border Collie, is always eager to learn new tricks and commands, while Tamei, a gentle Great Burnese, is content to simply enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

Meet Jerry! Jerry Glover is a native of North Carolina that was born and raised right here In the Fayetteville area. Jerry was also educated locally, attending E.E. Smith and Fayetteville State University (Go Broncos!). He retired from the U.S. Army in 1988 having served overseas in Germany with his unit. Jerry joined the Cross Creek Family in March of 2009 but has been in the auto industry for over 16 years. In his down time he enjoys watching movies with his family but will occasionally sneak away to play poker or hit the greens for a round of golf! He is also a huge Football fan; some of his favorite teams to watch are the Seahawks, Cowboys, and the Arizona cardinals. The Subaru Legacy is his favorite Subaru because he loves the great design and standard all-wheel drive. Of the many different vehicles he sees damaged in his line of work he really appreciates how Subaru's hold together in collisions. Meet Jodie! Jodie has lived in the Fayetteville area since 1994 but is originally from Westminster, MD (go Ravens!). Jodie has been in the car industry for a total of 8 years and joined the Cross Creek Subaru family in March 2011. She is all about family; a proud mom that never misses an opportunity to tell you about her beautiful children. She has 2 boys, 2 girls, a Jack Russell named Avery and a pit-bull named Bodhi! Jodie enjoys working here and loves the product line, particularly the XV Crosstrek. She says it fits her lifestyle perfectly! When asked if there was one thing that she could change in the world, she said that she would eliminate crime for a more peaceful way of life.

Meet Constant!
Constant has been a valued member of the Cross Creek Subaru family since 2017. She has been an exemplary employee, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to her work. Her professional accomplishments are nothing short of impressive, and she has consistently exceeded our expectations.
But Constant's dedication to her work is not the only thing that sets her apart. In her personal life, she has been married to David for almost 30 years and they are the proud parents of two wonderful daughters. She has always been a devoted mother, and has instilled in her daughters the same values of hard work and determination that she exhibits herself.
In addition to her family, Constant is also a proud grandmother of two lovely grandchildren, Ashtyn and Ashawnti. She loves spending time with them and watching them grow.
Constant's love for animals is also well-known among her colleagues. She is the proud owner of Ace, a charming mixed breed dog who is half Shih Tzu and half Chihuahua. Ace has been a constant source of joy and companionship for Constant, and she never misses an opportunity to share stories about his antics with her co-workers.
We are truly lucky to have Constant as part of our team, and we look forward to many more years of working together.

Michelle was born and raised in the state of Indiana, a place where she learned the value of hard work and determination. She believes that these qualities have helped her become the person she is today. Michelle joined the Cross Creek Subaru team in 2020 and has since become an essential member of the team. Her colleagues appreciate her unwavering dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Michelle is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters named Makayla and Madyson, whom she loves dearly. Her love for animals is evident in the fact that she is a proud owner of four dogs. She has three bulldogs and one Chihuahua, whom she takes care of with love and attention. Her dogs are an essential part of her life, and she enjoys spending time playing with them and taking them for walks.
In her free time, Michelle has discovered a passion for crafting. She enjoys making all sorts of things, including earrings, designing tumblers, and creating wind spinners. She finds crafting to be a relaxing and fulfilling hobby that allows her to express her creativity.
Michelle's positive attitude and infectious energy make her a joy to work with. She treats everyone with respect and kindness, and her colleagues appreciate her friendly demeanor. Michelle is a true asset to the team, and working with her is an inspiration to all who have the pleasure of doing so.

Meet Hannah!
Originally from the Philippines, Hannah now resides in Fayetteville with her family, and half Pomeranian/half chihuahua pup named Charlie. Hannah is a recent graduate, having completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in May 2022. Her passion for design and creativity has driven her to achieve great success in the field, and she is always looking for new and innovative ways to express herself through her work.
At our organization, she is responsible for managing our social media and website, ensuring that our online presence is always up-to-date and engaging. She is also our Event Coordinator, responsible for planning and managing events that help our organization achieve its goals. Additionally, she is our Love-Encore Delivery Specialist, ensuring that our customers receive their vehicles in perfect condition and that they have a thorough understanding of their features.
Aside from her professional endeavors, Hannah is deeply committed to making a difference in her community. She is a shining example of the power of volunteerism, regularly donating her time to local organizations like Fayetteville Rotary Club and the Rick Herrera Foundation.
