Which Subaru SUV is Right for Me

Which Subaru SUV is Right for You?

With their comfortable and versatile accommodations, smooth performance, appealing features, and real all-season capability, Subaru SUVs represent some of the most well-rounded nameplates in their respective segments. Models like the Crosstrek, Forester, Outback, and Ascent offer spacious seating, flexible cargo capacities, and advanced technologies like EyeSight® driver aids. And with standard Symmetrical All-Wheel-Drive, 8.7 inches of ground clearance, and X-MODE traction management, Subaru SUVs can venture beyond the asphalt better than many competitors. But which one is right for you? To help you get started, here's a quick look at what each has to offer.

Base and Premium trims are powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder BOXER engine (152 horsepower, 145 pound-feet of torque), while Sport and Limited models upgrade to a 2.5-liter powerplant with 182 horsepower and 176 lb-ft.

For the 2024 model year, the Crosstrek is all-new for its third generation. Besides enhanced curb appeal and upgraded features, the new-gen Crosstrek also eliminates the six-speed manual option. That means all models now come standard with X-MODE traction management and EyeSight® driver aids like Pre-Collision Braking System, Advanced Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Centering, and Lane-Keep Assist with Sway Warning.
