Emily has been a cherished member of our Cross Creek Subaru Family for almost a decade now. Throughout her tenure, she has touched and enriched countless lives by creating an environment that is special for her customers and team members alike. Her unwavering passion for the automotive world has brought her on a journey to happiness, creating memories, changing perceptions, becoming a Subaru car owner, and even adopting new members into her family (Theodore and Otis from our annual pet adoption event). All of this was made possible by a "happy accident" when she stumbled upon our dealership, which she now calls home.
Of course, there were some challenges in the automotive world, including people's perceptions about car buying and salespeople. But Emily, along with the rest of the Cross Creek team, worked tirelessly to turn these misconceptions around and create a positive experience for everyone. As Emily puts it, "They [customers] are not just a person I sell to... we are a dealer where people feel like they can bring their friends and family [even paw friends!]."
Speaking of paw friends, there was another "happy accident" that occurred during our annual pet adoption event at the dealership. Emily fell in love with Theodore and Otis and decided to give them a home, with their second home being the Cross Creek Subaru dealership. So many memories have been made with both paw friends and those who became part of the family by purchasing a vehicle from us, like the special customer couple to whom Emily sold their ELEVENTH Subaru!
This story embodies and goes beyond the HEART pillars, and we couldn't be prouder of Emily Bracey, who has been recognized as the March Subaru Star!
