Subaru Loves Pets at Cross Creek Subaru

Event supported Tilted Acres Rescue & Adoptions (TARA) and raised awareness for local shelter animals.

Cross Creek Subaru today announced that 18 pets found loving homes during an adoption event in collaboration with Titled Acres Rescue and Adoptions (TARA) as part of Subaru Loves Pets, a national Subaru initiative that aims to support the lives of as many shelter animals as possible.

During the month of October, Cross Creek Subaru organized a gathering of adoptable pets from TARA and pet lovers in the Fayetteville area. N addition to the goal of promoting adoptions and raising awareness for local pets in need, Cross Creek Subaru and other Subaru retailers nationwide donated $100 to partner shelters for every pet adopted in October. Subaru also spotlighted shelter animals who need the most help – the older, physically challenged and “different” dogs lovingly called the “Underdogs,” who are often the last to be adopted.

Subaru is proud to have donated over $51 million since 2008 to national and local organizations that help in the adoption, rescue, transport, and health of over 420,000 animals and pets.
