What Is the Subaru Share the Love Event?

Subaru and its retailers are aiming to surpass $360 million in cumulative donations this year. Over the first 18 years of the event, they have donated more than $346 million and supported nearly 2,700 hometown charities.

Jeff Walters, President and Chief Operating Officer of Subaru of America, Inc., said: “Through the Subaru Share the Love Event, Subaru and our retailers nationwide connect customers with the organizations that make our communities thrive. Whether it’s a charity they’ve given to before, or one they learned about in the showroom, we’re proud to help support these efforts that resonate with our growing Subaru family.”

How Subaru Share the Love Works at Cross Creek Subaru

When you buy or lease a new Subaru from November 19, 2026, through January 4, 2027, Subaru will donate $250 when you choose one of four national charity partners:

  • The ASPCA®
  • Make-A-Wish®
  • Meals on Wheels America
  • The National Park Foundation

Retailers also support a local hometown charity with at least an additional $50 for each new vehicle sold or leased, and many retailers donate $5 to their hometown charity for each qualifying routine service visit during the campaign. Our hometown charity is the Child Advocacy Center in Fayetteville.

Purchasers and lessees must make their charity designations by January 15, 2027.

15 Years Supporting the Child Advocacy Center in Fayetteville

The Child Advocacy Center (CAC) provides a safe, child-friendly place to interview children and coordinate referrals when there is an allegation of sexual abuse or severe physical abuse. Its vision is a community where children live in a safe and nurturing environment, free from sexual and physical abuse.

Here is how the CAC serves Cumberland County children and families:

  • A coordinated response. Professionals from community agencies come together to interview, investigate, and support abused children and their families.
  • Fewer interviews for children. Specially trained professionals conduct forensic interviews in one central location, which reduces the number of interviews a child must go through.
  • Medical and therapy support. The CAC arranges specialized medical evaluations and provides individual and group therapy for child victims.
  • Team case reviews. Partners including law enforcement, child protective services, the District Attorney’s office, and Guardian ad Litem plan the best course of action for each child.
  • Prevention and education. Programs include the Annual Community Prevention Breakfast, the Community Pinwheel Campaign, a Human Trafficking Awareness Forum, and Stewards of Children training.

We’re grateful to our Fayetteville-area customers for helping make 15 years of support possible, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with the CAC.
