service experience poor, ordered wrong parts, didnt QC check parts, kept car for whole weekend and all through monday. we were obviously placed at the end of the queue. Was almost 6pm when we finally got the car back after dropping off at 11am friday! This was only a simple accessory install, nothing difficult

In July of 25 we bought a Outback from this dealership. We are very pleased with the car and even more pleased with the dealership and their staff. Each time I have taken the car in for routine service it has been a wonderful experience. You leave with the realization that you are appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is the third Subaru I bought here and had maintained here. No games or “car dealer” mess. I have my car serviced there, and they’ve always been straightforward with “you don’t need new tires yet. Probably on the next visit.” I love that about them. I love the car, but the people who work there make the difference.

I called back back this week and spoke with him said if the sensor for tires keeps coming on and off then probably need all four sensors changed as car is 7 years old and they usually last 5-6 years. We love our Subaru dealer and went for an oil change. I'm always very happy from the sales department to service and every service they provide. Advisor's are great but I have always I loved Paula. We also picked up our tree while there which was a plus!

We had a pleasant used Subara Outback Touring purchase experience at the Cross Creek Subaru dealership in Fayetteville,NC. We worked with Manager Corey Rivera. He listened to our needs and wants. He then offered us a great deal on a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) Outback. He professionally explained each addional purchase option, finance options, and walked us through the entire purchase process without pressuring us. This purchase was the best used car experience I have ever had. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from the dealership!

We were making our way back home to Texas when our Forester's check engine light to come on disabling the EyeSight safety features. I was not sure if the vehicle would be safe to drive the 1K plus miles home. The last time i was at Fayetteville was when I was stationed at Fort Bragg 30 years ago. Ms Gigi Greenfield and Cross Creek Subaru ensured that my sentimental journey back remained a good experience knowing that we could travel safely back home with our vehicle.

I love working with GG in the service department. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I purchased my Crosstrek from CarMax several years ago. GG made sure that all recalls were completed and provided information about care from the previous owner. Recently I purchased a new Forester. The sales department and after care was amazing. I get very anxious when making a major purchase. The care and kindness in the sales department exceeded my expectations.

I have been dealing with Cross Creek Subaru since 2016. They have excellent customer service and perks to boot. I have all of my maintenance and repairs done there. Recently my latch on my Outback failed to catch or lock. I called for help and I was told what to try. When that failed to solve my problem I was told that I could bring my vehicle in so it could be checked out. I did, and almost immediately the problem was investigated. I had the best experience I've ever had. At a car dealer, these people really know their business. And the service advisor Mr. Duncan, his top-notch. Input advice and help really put the icing on the cake. And the mechanic that worked on my car was super knowledgeable and took care of the problem that I had been fighting for quite some time.
Went right in for my appointment. The staff is great. They will answer all questions and very eager to help. Did all needed service, price was reasonable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.

Ordered a part online and paid for the part and shipping online (used a shipping coupon the dealership listed on their website) and the order is excepted. Well hours later I get a refund message with ZERO explanation other than the note that shipping is now $450.00 for the item (replacement bumper). WHY post a cost of the item and charge $225.00 shipping charge (live about 1:30 away btw so $225 seems even high) and then decide arbitrarily to change the shipping to double the cost. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves.

This is my second purchase from this dealership. Both experiences were great. I have never meet them in person, My contact person both times was Ava White, she is great. She helped me through the sales process, but so great with my needs (For Help) afterward. They delivered my new car to my home all were wonderful.
