Cross Creek Subaru is definitely my favorite dealership experience, no pushy sales experience or long 4-8 hour haggling, just honest prices. From the sales team amd the service and parts department, and the collision center, definitely all around the best dealership experience.
Condescending service rep and terribly overpriced service. Can’t even blame it on labor costs, as the breakdown showed the cost of parts being much higher. Went in for one issue and they tried to sell me on 16 additional ones for 7k. Service rep treated me like an idiot, which honestly tracks because I am pretty sure they are salespeople in disguise just preying on people who don’t know anything about cars. 0/10 do not recommend
Had the 30,000 mile check up done. Left the lot and car wasn’t running right. Sputtering and accelerating strangely. Drove back two days later (more gas and another day off work) for them to say I used bad gas. Funny part is it ran better after the return trip. They did not drain my tank for sure. The tank was on 1/4 thank the first time and a full tank when I went back. It sputtered all weekend. I am positive it was not the gas. honesty is always the best policy in my opinion.
Took my vehicle in for service and fluids were not topped off. This was to be included with my service that was paid for.
Excellent work performed. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are too high. I’ll be performing some of my own maintenance hereafter.

Took my 2016 Forester to the dealer for service for the first time and let me say from the time I checked in to the time I picked my car back up three days later, everything was a smooth as you could imagine. Jim, Abby, Jay and LaBroan were on top of everything from start to finish!! I LOVE CROSS CREEK SUBARU !!

Service was expected to take 6 hours but was completed in 2. An indoor door cover was left off which I told the service manager immediately about and service tech took care of it. Car was also washed so very much so appreciated.

Saved our bacon. While traveling from Maryland to South Carolina got “Christmas tree” lights. Luckily only 15 mins away. Rolled in at 3:30pm and they were able to diagnose in 45 minutes or so. Paula the service advisor and everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. Repair may have taken several days so we rented a car and continued on our trip. Car was ready two days later and we picked it up on our way home, no problem. Great customer experience for a difficult situation.

I bought my 2015 Outback from a young Soldier. Great car for a great price. Car has been running great since I bought it. Then one day the cruise control quit while was on the Interstate. Amazing service s always....was July 3 and they were packed due to the holiday weekend. Paula Black is awesome and was able to get my car in through the oil change side and I had two nails in my tire and it was not repairable. Luckily they got me a tire by 3 (they were closing) and got it back and I was out the door by 3 so I could safely drive me vehicle and make my appointments on Monday without having to worry about my safety with the tire. service experience poor, ordered wrong parts, didnt QC check parts, kept car for whole weekend and all through monday. we were obviously placed at the end of the queue. Was almost 6pm when we finally got the car back after dropping off at 11am friday! This was only a simple accessory install, nothing difficult
The service was quick, informative, and friendly. Performed only the maintenance I requested and did not pressure for more. Also provided a list of suggested services with cost in case I wanted to get done later. Outstanding service rep.

In July of 25 we bought a Outback from this dealership. We are very pleased with the car and even more pleased with the dealership and their staff. This is the third Subaru I bought here and had maintained here. No games or “car dealer” mess. I have my car serviced there, and they’ve always been straightforward with “you don’t need new tires yet. Probably on the next visit.” I love that about them. I love the car, but the people who work there make the difference.

Gabe and the entire staff was wonderful, outstanding and made my short stay with you great. I called back back this week and spoke with him said if the sensor for tires keeps coming on and off then probably need all four sensors changed as car is 7 years old and they usually last 5-6 years. We love our Subaru dealer and went for an oil change. I'm always very happy from the sales department to service and every service they provide. Advisor's are great but I have always I loved Paula. We also picked up our tree while there which was a plus!

We had a pleasant used Subara Outback Touring purchase experience at the Cross Creek Subaru dealership in Fayetteville,NC. We worked with Manager Corey Rivera. He listened to our needs and wants. He then offered us a great deal on a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) Outback. He professionally explained each addional purchase option, finance options, and walked us through the entire purchase process without pressuring us. This purchase was the best used car experience I have ever had. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from the dealership!

We were making our way back home to Texas when our Forester's check engine light to come on disabling the EyeSight safety features. I was not sure if the vehicle would be safe to drive the 1K plus miles home. The last time i was at Fayetteville was when I was stationed at Fort Bragg 30 years ago. Ms Gigi Greenfield and Cross Creek Subaru ensured that my sentimental journey back remained a good experience knowing that we could travel safely back home with our vehicle.

I love working with GG in the service department. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I purchased my Crosstrek from CarMax several years ago. GG made sure that all recalls were completed and provided information about care from the previous owner. Recently I purchased a new Forester. The sales department and after care was amazing. I get very anxious when making a major purchase. The care and kindness in the sales department exceeded my expectations.

I have been dealing with Cross Creek Subaru since 2016. They have excellent customer service and perks to boot. I have all of my maintenance and repairs done there. Recently my latch on my Outback failed to catch or lock. I called for help and I was told what to try. I had the best experience I've ever had. At a car dealer, these people really know their business. And the service advisor Mr. Duncan, his top-notch. Input advice and help really put the icing on the cake. And the mechanic that worked on my car was super knowledgeable and took care of the problem that I had been fighting for quite some time.
Went right in for my appointment. The staff is great. They will answer all questions and very eager to help. Did all needed service, price was reasonable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.
